David Glymph was born in Philadelphia and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland. He graduated from Clemson University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.  He moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 1980, where he met and married his wife Judy in 1981. They have two children and four grandchildren. He enjoys reading and spending time with his family.  They live in Little River, South Carolina.

Professionally, David has earned a reputation for creativity combined with straight-forward practicality in the field of architecture.  He has developed a successful long-term relationship with several major clients, and has worked with Horry County Schools on over 28 different school projects in the last 35 years.  He has served as design architect on many major projects in the Grand Strand area, including the Grande Dune Ocean Clubhouse, Broadway at the Beach, Hampton Inn at Broadway at the Beach, townhomes at the Market Common, high rise condominiums such as Meridian Plaza and Sea Mark Tower, large and small private residences, commercial buildings such as banks and office buildings, restaurants, house of worship such as Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church, First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach and Loris First Baptist Church, as well as the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center.  David continues to enjoy the many challenges and rewards of the practice of architecture.
  
  
David Deitz was born and raised in Lewisburg, West Virginia. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1993 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He married his wife, Stacey, in 1994. They have one son, Hunter, and have been Myrtle Beach area residents since 1997.  He enjoys family activities, the outdoors, and sports.
 
Professionally, David is an accomplished architect with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of building types, ranging from single- and multi-family residential work to multi-million dollar institutional projects. At Gandee and Partners in Charleston, West Virginia, a firm specializing in public school work, he worked on over 20 school projects of varying size and scope.  He possesses a strong hands-on background in construction and structural design, which greatly aids in the ability to communicate and work with the contractors on site, as well as other members of the design team and the building owners. His experience in putting together large drawing packages is outstanding. Lasting business relationships with a wide variety of clients have been developed through the successful completion of dozens of projects.  When ground is broken on a project, David becomes a familiar figure on the job site for the duration of the project. Contractors have come to appreciate his remarkable ability to identify problems and non-conforming work, as well as providing clear and straight-forward leadership in finding and implementing corrections.
